The MySpace Mobile Service ("Service") is available to Optus Mobile Digital and Optus Pre-Paid customers who have an existing account on the MySpace website located at www.myspace.com.
To receive the Service, you must subscribe via the Optus Mobile WAP portal. To access the WAP portal you must have a mobile handset with an XHTML browser.
You may also access the service by sending an SMS to 966 that will then send you a WAP link. Standard SMS charges apply.
By using or accessing the Service you agree to the terms of use set out at www.optus.com.au/standardagreements.
You can elect to receive the Service in a number of ways:
1. Max Pack: You will be charged $5.99per month for the monthly subscription to the Max Pack (customers who subscribed to the Max Pack prior to 16/02/09 will be charged $5.95 per month). This includes unlimited access to the MySpace Mobile Service and YouTube Mobile Service (YouTube is limited to compatible 3G handsets. Please visit http://mobile.optuszoo.com.au and follow the path to YouTube for more information). Optus Pre-Paid customers will be charged 22c flagfall per session in addition to the monthly subscription.
2. 3-month Max Pack: You will be charged $12.99 for subscription to the 3-month Max Pack (customers who purchase a 3-Month Max Pack voucher marked at $12.95 will be charged $12.95) . This includes unlimited access to the MySpace Mobile Service and the YouTube Mobile Service. The 3-month pack is only available for purchase from selected Optus retail outlets. The 3 Month Max Pack will automatically continue on a monthly basis until you unsubscribe from the service. At the end of the 3-month Max Pack you will automatically be migrated to the 1 month Max Pack and charged $5.99 per month until you unsubscribe. Optus Pre-Paid customers will be charged 22c flagfall per session in addition to the 3 months subscription or monthly subscription.
3. MySpace Mobile Day Pass: You will be charged an access fee of $1.00 which is valid for 24 hours. This includes unlimited access to MySpace Mobile for the duration of the day pass.
Optus Pre-Paid customers will be charged 22c flagfall per session in addition to the day pass.
These charges do not include access to any other Optus content or the Optus Zoo landing page and are in addition to Optus Browsing Packs, Data Plans, and Optus Zoo browsing charges you may accumulate.
4. Access via the Optus Mobile Internet Packs: You will be charged standard browsing charges as per the pricing of your Mobile Internet Pack.
To change pricing options you can visit your Account page, accessible within the Service (Optus Zoo > MySpace > Account).
The MySpace Easy Pass Plan has been discontinued as at 16 June 2008. Customer who are currently subscribed to this plan at time of discontinuation will be able to continue to access Easy Pass Pricing until they migrate to another pricing option or the plan is fully withdrawn.
For MySpace Easy Pass Plan you will be charged an access fee of $3 which is valid for 30 days ("Access Period") plus 50c each time you access the Service within the Access Period. If you do not access the Service after the expiration of the Access Period, you will not be charged. If you access the Service after the initial Access Period, a new Access Period will commence and the relevant access fee charged.
To cancel the Max Pack option, SMS the word STOP to 1975 3971 or visit your Account page, accessible via the Service (Optus Zoo > MySpace > Account). There is no refund if you cancel before your monthly subscription ends.
The Service is not included in Optus Mobile Pricing Plans, but is charged separately. The MySpace Mobile Service content and pricing may change at any time and you may cancel your subscription to this Service. There is no refund if you cancel before your monthly subscription ends.
Unlimited MySpace Mobile access provided through Optus Zoo only, standard browsing charges apply if accessed outside of Optus Zoo. You will pay standard Optus GPRS charges while navigating to the Service within OptusZoo. Customers accessing the Service whilst roaming overseas will incur standard data roaming charges, in addition to the service pricing.
Optus Pre-Paid customers must have sufficient credit in order to purchase the Max Pack, MySpace Day Pass or the MySpace Mobile Easy-Pass and must maintain the minimum call credit required to access the Service. Optus Pre-Paid Customers who do not have sufficient credit to renew their monthly subscription at the end of each calendar month will have their monthly subscription cancelled.

You must not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, republish, frame, upload to a third party, communicate, re-communicate, post, transmit distribute or re-distribute any Content contained in the Service in any way or by any method whatsoever.
Optus accepts no responsibility for content within the Service. The content within the Service may not be used for commercial purposes.
