You can send and SMS direct from your computer with the ease and convenience of your keyboard. We offer the convenience of sending text messages from the Optus Zoo website while your phone is in use, recharging or is otherwise unavailable.

Send SMS to Email
Send an SMS from your phone to up to 20 email addresses. It’s a great way to contact people who don't have a mobile phone but do have internet access. It also means you don't need a computer or internet access to send someone an email.

SMS Pricing
SMS is the inexpensive way to stay in touch and is very popular with those on a budget. With no access fees, no retrieval or connection charges, you only pay a low price of 25¢ per message of 160 characters. Sending messages across networks does not cost you more. The recipient does not pay to receive the message.

SMS 2 Email is charged at the Standard Pricing per message sent or requested of 160 characters for messages sent to up to 20 individual email addresses. Delivery to recipients' email accounts is free.

Premium SMS
Premium SMS is an SMS message that costs more than 25¢. There are several different types of Premium SMS including:
