Choose from one of our great Mobile Internet Packs and you’ll also get the value of your pack in call credit when you connect for 12 or 24 months on a Cap Plan. If you are on a ‘yes’ Plan or on any other Optus Mobile plan then you can choose a Mobile Internet Pack on a month to month basis.

Pay as You Go (PAYG):

Choose Pay as You Go and only pay for what you use with a rate of 1.5c/KB capped at $9.90 for up to 5MB. After that you’ll pay just 0.3c/KB.

Important Information

The minimum total cost over 12 months for Mobile Internet Packs is $59.88 for the Starter Pack, $119.88 for the Classic Pack, $179.88 for the Super Pack and $239.88 for the Ultimate Pack.

The minimum total cost over 24 months for Mobile Internet Packs is $119.76 for the Starter Pack, $239.76 for the Classic Pack, $359.76 for the Super Pack and $479.76 for the Ultimate Pack.

Mobile Internet Packs: include a set amount of data per month: Starter Pack includes 25MB of data, Classic Pack includes 200MB of data, Super Pack includes 500MB of data and Ultimate Pack includes 1GB of data to access services on Optus Zoo, as well as browsing the Internet from your mobile. System limitations mean the Ultimate Pack is not available to all customers. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

If you take a 12 or 24 month Contracted Mobile Internet Pack you will receive an additional $4.99 (Starter), $9.99 (Classic), $14.99 (Super) or $19.99 (Ultimate) of included calls and text value per month on your mobile cap plan. Included value excludes some calls and text types. System limitations mean some customers will be charged 4 Cents less per month than the advertised price and will get 4 Cents less per month than the advertised calls and text bonus.

If you exceed your plan’s included monthly data allowance, excess usage charges will be charged at $0.35 per MB or part thereof for 12 or 24 month Contracted Mobile Internet Pack customers, and $0.50 per MB or part thereof for month-to-month customers. If, before the end of your contract period, you cancel your service or change to a mobile plan without a Mobile Internet Pack, a charge of $12 for 12 month customers and $25 for 24 month customers will be applied to your account. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. Your data allowance does not include services such as Voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, Optus Zoo subscription content and Third Party content and applications, International MMS, 1300, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1MB, 1024MB = 1GB and includes both uploads and downloads. The service is only available to customers within the Optus 3G/HSPA or GSM coverage area and is subject to network availability, refer to www.optus.com.au/coverage. You need to have 2.5G or 3G network compatible mobile phone which is provisioned with the required settings to activate data use.

Unlimited YouTube and Sky News Headlines videos: Unlimited YouTube and SkyNews Headlines videos activation can take up to 48 hours after the activation of the Mobile Internet Pack. Customers will get sms notification once the unlimited access is activated. Sky News Headlines videos is provided to Optus under licence and Optus reserves the right to withdraw the unlimited Sky News Headlines videos feature if the licence is terminated by Sky News and will substitute an equivalent alternative feature, where available. Only available to customers with a compatible handset within the Optus 3G/HSPA or GSM coverage area. Subject to network availability, see www.optus.com.au/coverage.
