JUST TEXT ‘IOU’ TO 468 - It’s that easy!

Next time you run out of credit just text ‘IOU’ to 468 and we’ll help you out by giving you $3 credit. Then when you next recharge $3 is subtracted from your balance, it’s that easy!

So How Does It Work?

1. You have run out of credit and have less than $1.50 MyCredit in your balance
2. Text ‘IOU’ – this is a FREE text, to 468 (this spells IOU on your keypad, to make it easy to remember)
3. $3 credit will then be applied to your balance
4. You have 3 days to use the credit before it expires
5. On your next recharge we will deduct $3 from your MyCredit balance
6. You can then use this feature once every time you recharge!

IOU Credit can be used on any Optus or Boost Pre-Paid plan. Simply text “IOU” to 468 and Optus will provide you a $3 Rev-Up Bonus which can be used for standard local and national calls and text within Australia. Any unused portion expires in 3 days and is non-refundable. You must have less than $1.50 MyCredit balance to use this service. On your next recharge $3 will be deducted from your MyCredit balance. Only one Optus IOU Credit can be outstanding at a time. When taking over a plan from a third party it is your responsibility to ensure that no Optus IOU Credit is outstanding on the account as you will incur any outstanding Optus IOU Credit amount.
