All plans: Available to credit approved residential customers who connect to services in the same name and service address (where more than one service is bundled). Optus may quote for non-standard installations. Optus Local and Long Distance Phone Fair Go™ policy applies. A $55 new number fee will apply if you require a new number. Customer must supply own handset or may purchase handset from Optus. A $50 plan downgrade fee applies if you change to a plan with a lower minimum monthly access fee at anytime during your agreement period. Early cancellation fees apply.

Data Allowance and Usage counted in Megabytes (MB) counting uploads and downloads. If peak or total monthly data allowance exceeded, access will be speed limited for both peak and off peak to 256kbps until the end of the billing month. If off peak data allowance exceeded, all further usage will be counted towards peak data allowance. Data allowance consists of peak data for use between 12pm-12am AEST/ADST and off peak data for use between 12am-12pm AEST/ADST.

Speed: Actual speed can be affected by a number of factors including selected speed pack, whether the service has been speed limited, equipment and network performance, settings, hardware, software, internet activity, number of users, location of content accessed, type of content and congestion. Additionally, wireless connection may not be as fast as wired devices.

Coverage: Service only available in selected areas at premises which can be physically connected to the Optus network over the NBN.

Supplied equipment: Wi-Fi residential gateway provided remains Optus property. Network terminating device provided remains NBN Co Limited property.

Limitations: Equipment requires mains power which may not be suitable if you have a serious illness or condition, require disability services, have back-to-base alarm, or require an uninterrupted telephone line.
