Minimum total cost over 24 months for Optus Mobile Broadband Cap Plans (OMB) Mobile Broadband $20 Cap ($20 per month with $79 USB modem, 1 month free access online only and $0 delivery fee online only) is $539; or Mobile Broadband $30 Cap ($30 per month with $0 upfront standard USB modem, 1 month free access online only and $0 delivery fee online only) is $690; or Mobile Broadband $50 Cap ($50 per month with $0 upfront standard USB modem, 1 month free access online only and $0 delivery fee online only) is $1,150; or Mobile Broadband $80 Cap ($80 per month with $0 upfront premium USB mode, 1 month free access online only and $0 delivery fee online only) is $1,840; or Mobile Broadband $100 Cap ($100 per month with $0 upfront premium USB modem, 1 month free access online only and $0 delivery fee online only) is $2,300.

The Optus Mobile Broadband service is supplied in accordance with the terms of the Optus Mobile Broadband Standard Form of Agreement and Acceptable Usage Policy. The Optus Mobile Broadband service is a Broadband internet service which provides access to the internet and related services. The service provides a connection to the Internet via the Optus dual band (900/2100MHz) network. You may also use the service to connect to the internet outside of Optus dual band areas, within Optus GSM network areas, however where only GSM coverage is available you will not experience broadband speeds. The service is not available in all areas and not available in NT and TAS and is subject to network availability. Optus will send you a letter instructing you how to return the device, which you must return within 14 days of the issue date of the letter to avoid equipment charges. Faulty devices are not covered by YCC. Plan Change Fee: A once off plan change fee of $100 pro rata may apply of you move from the Mobile Broadband $80 and $100 Cap plan to a lower plan during your contract. Walled Garden: If you exceed your plan’s included value, your service will be restricted and you will only be able to access specified unmetered web pages (currently only Facebook, myZOO and Optus webmail websites) until your next billing period commences or you purchase a data block with additional included value. A list of unmetered web pages is available at http://memberservices.optuszoo.com.au. If you have exceeded your plan’s included value, the unmetered web pages may not display full content due to restrictions on accessing 3rd party content. Data Block: You may purchase at any time in the billing month up to 4 additional data blocks per month. Data Blocks provide additional included value for use only within the billing month they are purchased. Included value expires at the end of the billing month. Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your service before the end of the agreed contract term you may incur a cancellation fee; on a Mobile Broadband $20, $30, $50 Cap Plan on a 24 month contract: 0-12 months a fixed cancellation fee of $200.00, 13-15 months 80% ($160.00), 16-18 months 60% ($120.00) 19 – 21 months 40% ($80.00) and 22-24 months 20% ($40.00) of the cancellation fee plus any remaining device replacements if applicable; on a Mobile Broadband $80 and $100 Cap Plan on a 24 month contract: 0-12 months a fixed cancellation fee of $300.00, 13-15 months 80% ($240.00), 16-18 months 60% ($180.00) 19 – 21 months 40% ($120.00) and 22-24 months 20% ($60.00)) of the cancellation fee plus any remaining device replacements, if applicable.
