iPhone as Modem access is available month to month at the introductory price of $9.99 per month and only available to eligible iPhone customers within the Optus 3G (2100MHz) coverage areas and is subject to network availability. Timeless Plans
You must be a new or eligible existing customer who applies to connect to the Optus Mobile Digital service, and passes the Optus credit assessment and is accepted by Optus. Existing customers must demonstrate that over the three continuous months prior to applying that they have an average monthly spend equal to at least the monthly access fee of your new ‘yes’ Timeless Plan for iPhone 3G. The ‘yes’ Timeless Plans for iPhone 3G are only available to you if you use an iPhone handset which remains connected on this plan. If your iPhone handset is no longer used and connected on the ‘yes’ Timeless Plan for iPhone 3G then Optus will transfer your service to an equivalent non iPhone ‘yes’ Timeless rate plan.

‘yes’ Timeless $99 Plan for iPhone when you take the $14.99 Mobile Internet Pack: Requires 24-month connection with a minimum monthly spend of $99 for the first 24 months connection, then $113.99 thereafter for the iPhone 3GS 32GB. Minimum total cost over 24 months for the iPhone 32GB on the ‘yes’ Timeless $99 Plan for iPhone when you take the $14.99 Mobile Internet Pack is $2376. The $14.99 access fee for the Mobile Internet Pack will be credited back with 24 bill credits of $14.99 starting on your first or second bill.
