Cap BYO Plans: Existing customers must demonstrate that over the three continuous months prior to applying they had an average monthly spend equal to at least the monthly access fee of the relevant Cap plan. Customers connecting to this plan must either bring their own mobile phone or purchase a mobile phone under a mobile equipment payment plan. Plans are available as 12 month plans only. Prices quoted are GST inclusive, on your Tax Invoice call charges will be calculated excluding GST. GST will be calculated on the total amount of taxable supplies during the billing period and shown as a separate entry. Optus reserves the right to change prices including call rates and monthly access fees at any time. You may change BYO Options once per bill cycle. Changes between BYO options will be pro-rated from the date the change occurs. To change between BYO Options you can call Optus Customer Service on 133 937. If you exceed any of the included values, standard rates of your plan will apply. Cap BYO plans are available for new or eligible existing customers who pass the Optus credit assessment and are accepted by Optus. You will pay a minimum “Plan” amount per month of standard national voice calls, standard national SMS and MMS, International SMS, national video calls, VoiceMail, national diversions and calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers each billing period. You will pay this minimum “Cap plan” value per month even if you do not make that amount worth of calls. For the first part month, you will pay only part of the minimum spend and you will also receive only part of the included cap value and Included Mobile Internet Data Value. You are not able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your bill. Check with sales staff when you connect.
