Relax. Optus Direct* is on its way. At Optus, we're making some changes to the way your home phone and Internet services work. It is important that you understand what's happening. This website contains everything you need to know, so you might like to print it out and read it at your leisure. This site is intended for existing Optus Home Phone and DSL customers who have received a letter advising that their services are scheduled to be switched over to Optus Direct. *Optus Direct includes Optus Local Direct, which refers to your home phone, and Optus DSL Direct, which refers to your broadband Internet service.
