Activate My Post-Paid Mobile
Activating online is easy. All you need is a few minutes to complete the
form below, and the following items:
- Your new SIM Card number


- Your new service number

- Your order number

Note: If you are transferring your mobile number from another provider outside business hours, your service will remain active with your exiting provider until the next business day. Mobile transfers are processed Mondays - Fridays 9am - 5.30pm (AEST) will be completed within 4 hours.
If you are an existing Optus customer and have a web account, please login to My Account to proceed with your activation.
Your SIM Card Number is the 13 digit number on
the on the back of your SIM card.
Your Service Number is printed on your Welcome
Letter.
Your Order Number appears on the order
confirmation email that is sent to you once your online and/or phone order has
been submitted.
